How do I return an item?

In the unfortunate event that you need to make a return, please enter your request in the form at the bottom of this page to receive a return authorization.

Why do I need a return authorization?
It is not our intent to make it difficult to return an item to us. We didn't used to issue return authorizations..... but unfortunately, we can only refund for products that have been purchased from our company. Since we have had products returned to us that have been purchased from other companies, we must verify that you ordered from us.

We will then email you a return authorization along with instructions on where and how to ship the items back to us that best protects you in case the items are lost or damaged during transit back to us. Since we cannot be responsible for items that never reach us, we explain the safest and most cost effective methods to ship back to us.


What about my refund, the containers, my guarantee etc?
If a return is needed, it will be for the full purchase price (less original shipping costs) provided the merchandise (or unused portion) is returned back to us within the guarantee period in the "original" container or packaging. 
 
To receive a full refund, all product containers must be returned whether empty or not. Refunds will be adjusted for any missing products, bottle or jar containers.

Please Note: If a return should be needed on an item that received free shipping,
the refund will be less our shipping cost.

The guarantee period starts when you receive your merchandise as confirmed delivered by Online Tracking. (By "original" container, we do not mean the original box used for shipping purposes. We mean the actual container, jar, bottle etc. that the product came in - - - For example: Please do not send back another company's container, bottle or jar -- because we will not be able to accept it).

Ok, so what does all this mean? Basically, as long as you obtain an authorization and get the item returned back to us within the guarantee period (as described on the "Return Policy and Guarantee Periods" page for each product), you will have no problems or delays. That's our promise to you!


Special note to those who try to abuse the system...
Our money back guarantees are for our genuine customers who wish to try our products. They are not intended for those few who wish to try to abuse or take advantage of our generosity. Attempted abuse will not be tolerated.  Reorders acknowledge satisfaction -- (this applies to all orders, all products).
